Ingredients

    4 - Chicken Breast - and butterflied
    Pesto Sauce, 0.25 cup
    Red Ripe Tomatoes - about 1.5 cups, chopped
    Cheese - Kraft Mozzerella Shredded, 0.75 cup
    Basil, 5 leaves - chopped for topping
    Medium Onion - chopped
    Pepper

Directions

Turn on oven to 400.
Lay your onions on bottom of pan.
Butterfly your chicken breast and lay over onion bed.
Brush on Pest sauce on each breast.
Layer of tomatoes
Layer of cheese
Brush on last of the pesto sauce
Sprinkle some pepper.
Put in oven for 30 minutes.
Turn off oven and leave in for 10 minutes.

Take out and put over angel hair pasta or for a healthier ZERO CALORIE kick, ZOODLES! Zucchini noodles.
