Ingredients

    1/2 cup Libby's 100% pure pumpkin puree
    1/2 cup LACTAID 1% milk
    1/8 cup Craisins (infused with blueberry)
    1/8 tsp. HERSHEY'S special dark cocoa powder
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    5 whole ice cubes

Tips

use as a healthy breakfast meal replacement smoothie. balances blood sugar well, and keeps you full for several hours


Directions

Put the Pumpkin, Lactaid, Craisins, and ice in blender. blend on low till thick consistency. add spices, and blend on low again for a few seconds. pour into glass and garnish with a dash of chocolate powder. ENJOY!
