Introduction

An easy, tasty soup to warm you up! An easy, tasty soup to warm you up!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 cup chredded Chicken breast ( use leftovers if you have them or cook chicken in crock pot and shred)

    4 c chicken broth
    1 can crushed tomatoes
    1 small can green chilis
    1 c instant white rice
    1 tsp ground cumin
    1/4 oregano
    1/4 black pepper
    dash salt
    1 c white beans

Directions

1. Bring broth to a simmer and poach chicken (or cook in crock pot and shred, or use leftover chicken).
2. Add all other ingridients and simmer until rice is finished.

    Very Good
    I did not have the soup or white beans but I had some freshly canned tomatoes and some black beans so I adapted this to what I had on hand, AWESOME!!! - 7/30/09
