Ingredients

*Canola Oil, 2 1tsp (remove)
Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped (remove)
*Onion Yellow, raw(1med 200g), 200 gram(s) (remove)
Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) (remove)
*Lawry's season salt (.25 tsp), 1 serving (remove)
*Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
A few grinds of black pepper
A bay leaf
*Turkey Stock, Homemade, 64 oz (remove)
Corn Starch, 0.25 cup (remove)
*Butterball Turkey Roast, 12 oz (remove)
Tips
Using store bought turkey stock or even chicken stock is fine if you didn't already make homemade stock with the turkey bones. No need to add salt if using store bought stock.
Directions
Add oil to large pot and heat the pot. Saute chopped vegetables and seasoning until onions are translucent (about 10 minutes). Add broth and bring to boil, reduce to simmer. Simmer 60 minutes. Remove bay leaf. Add cornstarch dissolved in 1/2 cup cold water and bring to high simmer, stirring until thickened. Add chopped leftover roast turkey (breast and thigh) and simmer remaining 20 minutes. (if you are adding noodles or dumplings, add with the turkey meat and count those calories seperately).
