Ingredients

    1/2 lb. uncooked shrimp (rinsed and drained)
    2 carrots peeled and cut into sticks
    1 Cup Broccoli florets, blanched
    2 Oranges,segments only
    2 tsp. finely chopped and peeled fresh ginger root
    1/2 cup dry white wine
    4 sprigs fresh thyme
    Salt and Pepper

Tips

You can use whatever vegetables you like...cut them all to a similar size for even cooking.


Directions

Place carrots and broccoli into parchment bag. Toss shrimp, ginger and orange sections together and season with salt and pepper. Place in bag on top of vegetables and top with thyme sprigs. Pour in wine, fold bag tightly (or seal parchment sheet cut into half of a heart shape).

Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
