    Egg white, large, 4 serving
    Cheddar Cheese, 1 oz
    Bread, Sara Lee 45 Calories & Delightful 100% Multi-Grain 4 slices
    Milk, nonfat (skim milk), 1 tsp
    Butterball Turkey Bacon 2 slices


Mix the egg and egg white together with the milk. Scramble the eggs and toast your bread, while eggs are cooking when almo)st done cover it with 1 oz of cheese.
