    Oat Meal - Quaker Oats old fashion 1/2 cup dry, 8 serving
    Pecans, .50 cup, chopped
    Almonds Whole Natural ( Great Value) 1/4 cup, 2 serving
    Dried Cherries, 1 cup
    Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 12 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, .25 tsp
    Ginger, ground, .25 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, .25 tsp
    Seeds, sesame seeds, whole, roasted and toasted, 1 oz
    Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 4 tbsp
    Himalayan Pink Salt, .50 tsp
    Baker's Angel Flake Coconut Sweetened, 6 tbsp
    Honey, 1 tbsp
    Peanut Butter, smooth style, with salt, 8 tbsp
    syrup roasted pecan 2TBSP, 2.5 serving
    Pure Almond Extract, 1 tsp

Directions

take oats sesame seeds flax seed coconut flakes nuts and fruit place in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes on 350 to toast. mix syrup honey extract peanut butter sugar salt cinnamon ginger nutmeg in a pot over low heat stirring until light and fluffy. remove oat mixture from oven and pour into a bowl large enough for mixing, pour on heated mixture and stir until mixed well and clumpy. spray baking dish lightly about 9 by 13 in size with oil of some type i used pam spray. pour granola mixture into baking dish and press down all over until compact and tight. place in the oven and bake on 300 until golden brown. take out of oven and while hot press down again let sit for a while to cool to the touch take a knife and cut into 24 bars and let completely cool for a few hours even in the fridge will do....Enjoy
