Ingredients

1/4 cup raw almonds, soaked 12 hours
6 pitted medjool dates
1/4 tsp ground cinnimon
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
600 ml/g hot/warm filtered water
Tips
Omit the salt if you like, but I find it balances and ties all the flavours together in a way I've never replicated without it. Obviously, salt is to taste... 1/4 tsp may be too much for you. Or too little. Just play with it.
Directions
1) Put all ingredients (not including the soak water for the almonds) into your Thermomix or High Speed Blender of choice.
2) Blend on Highest speed setting for 2 minutes. Serve.
Serving Size: Makes a giant serving, or two medium sized servings. Half it if you like a smaller serving, or share it with a loved one.
