Introduction

Ingredients

1/2 cup unsalted butter(1stick)
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
3 cups rolled oats
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup sifted flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2 cup dried currants
1/4 cup skim milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Melt butter, combine pumpkin and butter in a large bowl. Stir in rolled oats and sugar,
Add flour, stir
baking soda, stir
cinnamon & cloves, stir
stir in currants and milk and mix well.
Shape into 1 inch balls.
Grease cookie sheet, place about 3 inches apart, as they will flatten out.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from baking sheets and cool=)
