Ingredients

    diced apples
    sliced peaches - 2
    oranges - 2 sections
    raisins, half box
    bananas - 1/4 of one
    flax seed 1 tbsp
    Kefir 1/4 cup
    almond milk vanilla 1/2 cup
    add a small dash of cayenne pepper for your blood vessels - it dilates them.

Tips

Drink immediately, the longer you let it set the cayenne will make drink "hot".


Directions

Put fruits in little baggies and put in freezer and pull out in morning. Add rest of ingredients - put in ninja and blend.
