Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 cans reduced sodium cream of chicken soup
    1 10oz can no salt added tomatoes
    12 small corn tortillas cut into strips
    3 cups turkey
    1 cup shredded cheese
    Cilantro
    Any veggies you want

Directions

Combine Soup, Veggies, and Diced tomatoes and set aside
Preheat oven to 350
Sprinkle 1/3 of strips onto bottom of sprayed of 3qt pan
Layer half the Turkey
Layer Half the soup mixture
Repeat
Top with the Last of the strips
Bake 40 mins
When done and still hot top with cheese
