Ingredients

1 tube refrigerated biscuits
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup Ketchup
3 Tbsp. Brown sugar
1 Tbsp. Cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. Chili powder
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
Seperate biscuits, flatten and press into greased muffin cups.
Brown meat and drain.
Cream together the remaining ingredients, and add to the meat
Fill each biscuit with 1/4 cup of beef mixture.
Bake at 375 for 18-20 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese and return to oven 3-5 more minutes.
Cool 5 minutes before serving
Makes 8 servings.
