Ingredients

    1 cup steel cut oatmeal
    4 cups unsweetned almond milk
    2 apples cored and chopped
    2 TB maple syrup
    pinch of nutmeg
    1 tsp canola or coconut oil

Directions

Mix all ingredients in slow cooker, cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
