Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 pound of Salmon cut into two pieces
    5 tablespoons Cherry Preserves, divided 2 and 3
    1 tablespoon rice vinegar
    4 tablespoons soy sauce
    3 teaspoons minced garlic
    2 teaspoons ground ginger

Directions

Make Marinade with all ingredients, reserving 3 tablespoons of Cherry Preserves for glazing.
Add Salmon and marinate for 1 hour
Broil on tin foil for 5 minutes.
Flip and spread the 3 tablespoons of cherry preserves
Broil an additional 5 minutes.


Serving Size: 1 half a pound fillet
