Ingredients

    2 pounds of 93/7 ground turkey
    1/4 cup bread crumbs (TJ's)
    1 TBS Ketchup (or Catsup)
    1 TBS Lee and Perrins
    palmful of crushed oregano
    two pinches of yellow curry powder
    1/2 package of TJ onion dip mix
    2 hardboiled eggs (without shells!)

    Magic

    50-55 minutes at 350 degrees
    let stand for 5 minutes

    Many bites of awesome

Tips

Magic and bites of awesome are calorie-free. :) If you want to reduce the sugar, add a couple of tablespoons of low sodium chicken broth, and reduce or remove the ketchup and Lea & Perrins, and increase the curry powder a bit.

Directions

Hard boil the eggs while you mix the ingredients for the loaf. Press half the loaf into the bottom of a baking pan sprayed or smeared with high heat cooking oil. (Spray coconut oil works great.) When eggs are done, peel and press into the bottom half of the loaf. Press remainder of meat mix into the top of the pan and around the eggs. Bake for 50-55 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and let stand for five minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 10 servings (slices).
