Ingredients

1 lb Ground Turkey (or ground chicken)
    1/2 C Bread Crumbs (I like panko)
1/3 C Onions--I use combination of green and white
    3 Tbl Ground/grated Ginger
    1 Egg
    2 cloves Earlic
    2 tsp Sesame Oil
    2 tsp soy sauce
    1/2 C mushrooms, chopped
1 tsp Chinese 5 Spice powder

Tips

I used the silicone baking sheet so I didn't have to add any additional oil. These could also be cooked on a stove top--and I think made into a shape of a burger could be fun as an Asian themed burger as well.

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 F

Mix all ingredients except the meat in a food processor until as minced as you want it.

Cover your cookie sheet with aluminum foil or a silicone baking sheet

Roll the meatballs - this amount made approx. 40 1" meatballs.

Cooking time depends on size of meatballs.
1" meatballs = 13-15 minutes, turn over and cook for another 5-7 minutes depending on how browned you want them.
