Introduction

Ingredients

    1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
    1 tsp chopped garlic chives
    1/2 Tbsp dried onion bits
    s & p to taste
    1 egg
    1/2 a 20 oz pkg Jennie-o 97/3 gr turkey
    1 med zucchini shedded (about 1 cup)
    1/2 cup reg oatmeal (ground to a flour)

Directions

Mix spices, add egg, and now every thing else.
Use a 1 inch ice cream scoop to make correctly portioned meat balls (makes 24). Spray pam in lg. nonstick skillet and brown mt balls lightly on all sides. Add 1 1/2 cups ck broth. Bring to a gentle boil & simmer for 10 minutes. Save cooking broth as a soup stock or just drink it as a clear soup or drop an egg white in for egg drop soup!
