Introduction

Ingredients

    6 eggs
    3 egg whites
    1 c broccoli, chopped
    1 cup fresh spinach
    1 small red bell pepper, diced
    2 T water
    2 oz Feta Cheese

Directions

Spray a 9" baking dish with cooking spray.
Whisk eggs, egg whites & water, then add all veggies. Pour in baking dish. Sprinkle crumbled feta on top.
Bake for 40 min @ 350 degrees

Serving Size: makes 6 3" X 2" pieces
