Ingredients

    1 lb 90% lean ground beef
    1 med green bell pepper
    1.25 C brown rice
    2 cans Hunts diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
    1 can Hunts tomato sauce (14.5 oz)
    1 tsp celery seed
    1 tsp ground black pepper
    1 TBSP Spanish Paprika
    1 tsp tones beef base
    1/2 med sweet onion
    2 cloves garlic

Directions

Brown ground beef until no longer pink. Add onion, green pepper, garlic and saute until onions are are opaque. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and remaining spices and simmer on low while preparing brown rice as per package. Add rice to mixture and simmer an additional 5 minutes to blend flavors.
