Ingredients

    1 can Italian Style Tomatoes
    1 bag Goya 16 bean soup mix
    1 cup onion chopped
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) - sliced
    Seasoning to taste
    Water - about 5-6 cups
    Chicken bouillon

Directions

Soak beans overnight. Put all ingredients into crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
