    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped apples
    1/2 c. raisins (opt.)
    1/2 c. nuts (opt.)


Beat eggs and sugar very well. Sift dry ingredients. Add to eggs and sugar. Stir in apples, nuts and raisins.* Bake in greased and floured tin at 350 for approx. 50 min. Yields 1 loaf cut into 12 slices.

*May also sprinkle a cinnamon/sugar mix on top before baking (not included in nutrition calculator)

    I made this with whole wheat flour and agave nectar instead of sugar. It was amazing and made my house smell so good! Thanks for the recipe! - 3/18/12

    Very Good
    I made this with whole wheat flour, 2 apples, raisins and walnuts, and it was very good! I also added a little more spice (cinnamon and clove) because I like it spicy. I will make this again, maybe today! - 9/9/13
