Introduction

Ingredients

    combine:
    2 1/4tea yeast (from freezer)
    1 Tbsp Honey
    1 1/3C warm (110 degree) water
    stir to dissolve and allow to proof 10 minutes
    add 2Tbsp olive oil
    add 4 c flour (add 1/2 cup at a time)
    kneed dough and place in oiled bowl with towel on top to double in size

    Add toppings and bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes

Tips

add 1/4 cup pizza sauce for 210 mg sodium
add 1/4 cup low moisture kraft skim mozzerella 200mg
1/3C ground mild italian pork sausage (2oz) 480 mg
1/2 green pepper 1.4 mg
1/4 onion 1.2mg


Directions

Add toppings then Bake 425 for 15 minutes

Serving Size: makes 3 12" thick crust pizza rounds
