Ingredients


    1 cup water
    1 green tea bag (brew tea the night before to save time in the morning)
    1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
    1 1/2 ice cubes
    6 ounces non-fat vanilla yogurt
    1 tablespoon almonds, whole dry-roasted, unsalted (about 10)
    1 tablespoon flax seeds, ground

Directions

1 Bring water to a boil and pour over tea bag.
2 Steep 4 minutes.
3 Squeeze and remove tea bag and discard.
4 Chill tea overnight.
5 If using fresh blueberries, place in freezer overnight.
6 Place tea, blueberries, ice, yogurt, almonds, and flaxseed in blender.
7 Process until smooth.
