2 large bananas, cut into 1 inch sections and frozen
3/4 cup of sliced frozen strawberries
    2 tbsp. almond milk, unsweetened
    1/2 tsp real vanilla extract

The almond milk is only to make it the consistency you desire. It does not need to be added. You may substitute any other berries for strawberries. Calories would change. The calories are figured for 2 servings.

The only change I made was I added protein whey. Now I'll have to see how to add veggies like spinach in my smoothie. - 10/11/19

  • Incredible!
So easy to make and it is creamy and delicious! I doubled the recipe, but only added 2 tablespoons of almond milk and the consistency is just like soft serve. When I have fruit I can’t use fast enough. I will freeze it and use it for this recipe. - 10/3/19

  • I skipped the almond milk, it turned out to be fruit ice. Delicious, but not ice cream. - 4/13/19
