Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 1/4 c splenda
    1 cup oat flour
    1/2 dry oatmeal
    3/4 cup cocoa powder
    1/3 cup protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
    2 tbsp semi sweet mini chocolate morsels
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    2 egg whites
    1 cup applesauce
    3/4 cup sugar free chocolate pudding prepared with 1 1/2 c skim milk
    1 tsp vanilla extract.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, spray 9x9 pan with non-stick spray. Mix wet ingredients in one bowl, and the dry ingredients into another. Slowly add dry ingredients into the wet. Pour into pan, and bake 30 minutes.

Feel free to add a tbsp or two of mini chocolate chips to be a little guilty.
