Ingredients

    *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp
    *Potato, raw, 2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)
    Mae Ploy Massaman curry paste, 6 tsp
    *Kirkland Perdue Chicken Breast Boneless Skinless, 19.6 oz
    *Silk Coconut unsweetened milk, 4 serving
    1/2 onion

Directions

HEat oil, add curry paste heat til aromatic, add chicken, cook for 4-5 minutes, add onion and potatoes, cook for a couple of minutes. Stir in coconut milk and bring to a boil, boil until potatoes are fork tender. Enjoy
