Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1/2 cucumber
    1 medium sweet apple (e.g. Gala)
    Large handful of fresh raw spinach
    1/4 lime (squeeze out juice)
    1-3 sticks celery (I use 1 as not a massive fan) increase cals for using mor sticks approx 5cals per 5" stick
    Water to 'max line' on nutribullet (or approx 1-2 cups depending if you prefer thinner or thicker smoothie drinks)
    Handful of ice cubes - optional

Tips

Drink in 1-2 days - it not drinking straight away, put in small air tight cup portions with lids and freeze. Defrost before drinking - great to take to work and have cool at 11am!

Roughly chop all solid items
Add spinach to tall cup first and add other ingredients on top. Fill to max line with water and blast for approx 30 seconds
