Introduction

This is a great flavorful way to use left over pork roast. This is a great flavorful way to use left over pork roast.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    12 oz roasted pork loin
    2 cups whole or diced canned green chilis
    1 med. yellow onion, chopped
    2 cups low sodium chicken broth
    1 tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. salt


Directions

Chop onion, green chilis, and cooked pork, add to slow cooker with rest of ingredients and enough water to cover. If you like more heat add a chopped seeded jalapeno. Cook on low 8 hours.

Serving Size: makes 4 1 1/2-cup servings
