Ingredients

    2 cups oats
    2 cups almond milk
    ¼ cup chia seeds
    1 tablespoon 100% maple syrup
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 teaspoon pumpkin spice (blend of nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice)
    1 cup pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
    3 scoops protein powder
    1 oz. pumpkin seeds (pepitas) for topping

Directions

Place all of the ingredients except for pumpkin seeds in a small bowl or jar. Stir well and cover. Place in the refrigerator overnight. Top with pumpkin seeds. Eat and enjoy!
