Ingredients

    4.5 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
    3/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
    3/16 tsp Kosher Salt
    3 tbsp Organic Coconut Oil
    1/8 cup (15 grams) Trader Joe's Organic Wild Collected Raw Honey
    1/8 cup Trader Joe's - Maple Syrup Grade B
    1.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
    3/4 cup (12 tbsp) Sliced Almonds

Directions

Heat the oven to 300ºF
Place the oats, cinnamon, and salt in big bowl. Set aside.
Combine honey and maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract in small bowl. If coconut oil is solid, lightly warm it before combining these ingredients. Pour over the oat mixture and mix until the oats are thoroughly coated.
Spread the mixture in a thin even layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.
Add nuts and stir well. Bake for another 10 to 15 minutes or until the granola is light golden brown*.
Cool the granola to room temperature, stirring occasionally.

*optional step: After removing granola from the oven, add 1/4-1/2 cup dried fruit of your choice and toss to combine.
Store granola in airtight container.
