If you don't have Tastefully Simple, well, you should get a consultant LOL! But, you can substitute any generic type seasoning salt and spicy seasoning mix for the Tastefully Simple products. Ingredients

    1 1/2 Tbsp. Tastefully Simple Southwest Seasoning Salt
    1/2 Tbsp. Tastefully SimpleFiesta Party Dip Mix™
    1 cup panko bread crumbs
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 cup non-fat plain yogurt
    6-8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 4 oz. each)

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray shallow baking pan with nonstick spray; set aside. Combine first 4 ingredients in medium bowl; set aside. Pour yogurt into shallow bowl. Dip chicken breasts in yogurt then bread crumb mixture; pressing crumbs onto chicken. Place chicken on sprayed non-stick shallow baking pan; spray tops lightly with cooking oil. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes, turning chicken 1/2 way through cooking time.

Makes 8 servings.
