Ingredients

    2 cloves garlic
    2 chicken breast - bonless
    1 can artichoke hearts
    1 can diced tomatoes (may use with chilies)
    3 tbls fresh parsley
    2 tbls lemon juice
    2 tsp dried oregano
    2 lemons wedged (or juice)
    1/2 C feta cheese per serving

Directions

place all ingredients except feta cheese into slow cooker. Cook for 3-4 hours on high until chicken shreds. Serve over rice or pasta. Top with Feta cheese.
