Ingredients

    Butter, salted, 2 tbsp
    Chili powder, 1 tbsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    Onion powder, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Flour, white, 2 tbsp
    Misson small flour tortilla Fajita size, 8
    Lawry's Seasoned Salt, 1 tsp
    Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast, 16 oz
    Pace Chunky Salsa - Medium, 8 tbsp
    1 Med. Green Bell Pepper, .5 serving
    1 med yellow onion, 0.25 serving
    Velveeta Shredded Cheese, 0.50 cup

Tips

Sauce is kind of like a chili gravy...Adjust seasonings to your liking!


Directions

For sauce: Cook a roux with butter and flour, then stir in seasonings. Add water and stir often until thickened. In the meantime brown ground turkey along with chopped onion/pepper. Once cooked through, add salsa. Spoon mixture into tortillas and form enchiladas. Once sauce is ready, pour over enchiladas. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake on 350 until bubbly. Enjoy!
