Garlic, 2 clove
pepper, hot chili, red, raw; 1 small pepper, chopped fine
Red Chili Pepper Flakes, 2 tsp
Oregano, ground, 1 tsp
Thyme, ground, 1 tsp
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
Diced Tomatoes (Hunts), 2 cans
Tips
- use all of the liquid from the cans of diced tomotoes
Directions
- combine garlic, chopped chili pepper in olive oil in a 5 quart pot; saute for about 2 minutes;
- add in diced tomatoes & vodka sauce.
- simmer on medium heat until reduced to a desired consistency
