Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Mushrooms, fresh, 500 g chopped
    Chestnut mushrooms - fresh, 100 g chopped
    Olive Oil, 1tsp
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Chick peas (chickpeas), tinned and drained (240g drained can)
    Mixed Dried Herbs - 1 Teaspoon
    full fat cream cheese, 100 g
    bouillon powder (vegetable stock for soups), 8 tsp
    Water, tap, 1 L

Directions

Make up the stock and bring to a simmer, then add the rest of the ingredients. Continue to simmer until the mushrooms are cooked
