Ingredients

    1 head of green leaf lettuce (I just estimated that it would be about 5 oz)
    1 yellow pepper chopped
    1 red sweet pepper chopped
    1 cucumber w/peel halved
    3 long scallions chopped
    2 ripe red tomatoes chopped
    1 tbsp Mrs. Dash Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend
    Pepper for added flavor
    1 can Tuna (whatever you fancy, I had Chicken of the Sea!)


Directions

Wash and cut all of the vegetables needed.
Serve yourself about two cups or so of the salad and add your tuna (I did not put anything into my Tuna, but feel free to add whatever you would like! I work nightshifts and just needed something quick!)
