Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia)
    Carrots, raw, 3 carrot (7-1/2")
    Celery, raw, 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
    *Onion (Yellow), 1 med, raw, 1 serving
    Beets, canned sliced 0.5 cup, 2 serving
    Campbells Condensed Tomato Soup, 1 cup
    Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz)


Directions

Chop all ingrediants into bite size pieces and throw into a pot. Simmer for 30 minutes. Top with fresh dill and sour cream if desired.
