Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 hard-boiled eggs, cut in half, remove yolks
    1 large avocado
    3 tsp lime juice
    1 TBS red onion (I used 1 tsp onion powder)
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp mustard (I used spicy brown)
    1/4 tsp salt
    Dash pepper

Directions

Cut boiled eggs in half, removing yolks. Mash yolks with the avocado. Add lime juice, onion, garlic powder, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix well. With large spoon, fill egg halves with mixture. Chill and serve.

Serving Size: Makes 6 servings of 1/2 egg with mixture
