Ingredients

    6 oz chicken
    6 cups Swansons Natural Goodness chicken Broth
    1 cup raw carrots, bite sized pieces
    1 cup celery, chopped
    1/3 c chopped yellow onion
    1/3 c. chopped green onion
    1 clove garlic (or to taste)
    1/2 medium green pepper, chopped
    2 roma tomoatoes, chopped
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp Mrs. Dash garlic and herb blend seasoning
    1 tsp Mrs. Dash original Table blend seasoning
    1 tsp Mrs. Dash Chicken Grilling seasoning
    1 T olive oil

Directions

In large stock pot, heat olive oil and add chopped all veggies except tomatoes. Cook on med heat for about 2 minutes. Add chicken broth and seasonings and mix. Add cut up chicken and bring to boil, then turn heat down to simmer. Simmer in kettle for about 45 minutes, taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
