Ingredients

    8 oz fettuccine
    1 T butter
    1 lb shrimp
    1 T cajun seasoning
    2 cloves garlic
    1/4 c. dry wine or chicken stock
    1 c. heavy whipping cream
    1 c. parmesan cheese, grated
    1/2 T cajun seasoning


Directions

1. Cook the pasta, following the directions on the box
2.Melt the butter in a pa over med-high heat.
3.Toss the shrimp in the cajun seasoning
4.Add the shrimp to the pan and cook for 2-3 mins per side and set aside
5.Add the garlic to the pan and saute for 30 sec
6.Deglaze the pan with the wine, add the heavy cream , parmesan, and cajun seasoning until its thickens about 3-5 mins
7.Toss the pasta in the alfredo sauce along with the shrimp and serve
