Ingredients

    2# 80/20 ground beef chuck,cooked
    28 oz. can Tomato Sauce,
    28 oz. can Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, undrained
    2 c. Rice, Kraft Minute Whole Grain Brown Rice, uncooked
    1 Med. Green Bell Pepper,diced
    1 med. Red Bell Pepper , diced
    1/4 c Brown Sugar, packed
    Salt 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Beef bouillon, 2 cube or 2 tsps. ground
    Onions, raw, 1 medium ,diced
    2 tsp Italian Seasoning or 1/4 tsp each of oregano, garlic, basil and parsley
    4 c. water and more if needed

Directions

brown meat and drain. Cut all veggies as instructed and add everything to the meat, Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30-40 mins till veggies are tender.
