Ingredients

    3 turkey legs, skin removed
    3 medium potatoes, chopped in large pieces
    2 carrots, chopped
    3 stalks celery, sliced
    1/2 onion, cut into chunks
    2 cloves garlic, use garlic press
    1/2 tsp Old Bay
    1/4 tsp cayenne
    1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
    1 whole bay leaf
    1 1/2 cups water
    1 cube of chicken (or turkey) bullion

Directions

Chop veggies and put in the bottom of the crock pot. Add half the spices, the water and powdered broth, top with turkey legs. Sprinkle the rest of the spices on top of the turkey legs. Turn on high for 1-2 hours, then reduce to low for 5-6 hours.
