Ingredients

    Chicken Breast (raw, boneless, skinless), 16 oz, cut into 1" cubes
    Bell Pepper Red, fresh, 2-3 oz.
    Dole Pineapple Chunks in 100% Pineapple juice No Sugar Added, 2.5 cup (1 can including juice)
    Red Onion Raw 1/4 cup
    Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade, 10 tbsp
    Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 1 clove, minced

Directions

Mix ingredients together in a gallon ZipLock bag. Freeze.

To cook, thaw bag overnight. Empty into crock pot or slow cooker. Cook 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low. Serve with rice.
