Ingredients

    1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (30 calories/cup)
    1 tsp cocoa (unsweetened)
    1 packet stevia powder

Tips

Add a sprinkle of cinnamon for a Mexican twist, a bit of instant coffee for mocha, or a drop of peppermint extract for a Christmas treat.


Directions

Stir cocoa powder and stevia together in bottom of microwaveable cup. Add small amount of almond milk (about a tablespoon) and whisk together. Microwave about 15-20 seconds and stir again until smooth. Add remaining almond milk and whisk together. Microwave about 1 minute or until heated to your liking.
