Introduction

Delicious Tropical Fruit, Green Smoothie! Delicious Tropical Fruit, Green Smoothie!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

1 Cup of Dole Frozen Mixed Fruit
1 Cup So Delicious Non Dairy Coconut Milk, Vanilla
1 Tablespoon Bob's Red Mill Whole Chia Seed
2 Tablespoons Bob's Red Mill Ground Flaxseed Meal
    1/2 Small Banana
    1 Cup of Spinach, Fresh

Tips

If it's too watery, add Spinach; If it's too thick, add more Milk or water. You can vary the fruit, but always add a banana to make it thick and sweet. Dates can also be used to substitute for banana. And half an avocado can also be used to thicken it, and add good fat as well as protein. You can also vary the Greens. Kale is delicious as well, though I would recommend the bland Spinach for first time Smoothie drinkers. Enjoy!

Directions

Add frozen fruit, banana, and Coconut Milk. Blend.
Add Spinach, Chia Seeds and Flaxseed Meal, and Blend, until No Spinach leaves are present.

High Powered Blender, like a Vitamix works best, but any blender will do, as long as you blend long enough.

Serving Size: Makes 1 Serving, about 10 ounces
