Ingredients

    1 slice Nickle's 35 light multigrain bread ( 2 slices), 20.5 gram(s)
    Avocado Fresh 4-6 thin slices
    Poached Egg, 1 large
    Tomato, 1 slice
    Lime, 1 wedge
    salt, pepper

Directions

Toast bread. Poach egg. Spread avocado on toast; squeeze lime wedge over avocado. Top with egg and tomato (tomato may be broiled briefly first). Season avocado, egg and tomato with salt and/or pepper as desired.
