Introduction

Super easy soup for those cold days or just whenever you are in the mood. Super easy soup for those cold days or just whenever you are in the mood.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    (1) Pork Roast (any kind) 2-3 pounds (frozen or thawed)
    (5) Carrots Raw -medium (cut into discs 1/4 inch thickness)
    (5) Raw potatos (cut in half longways then sliced 1/4 thickness)
    Himilayan salt/sea salt and black pepper to taste
    1-2 cups water

Tips

sometimes I add a dry rub to the roast while it cooks in the crock pot. ***add other veggies if you like


Directions

1) cut and prep vegetables and place in airtight container in the refrigerator (cut to 1/4 thickness).
2) place roast in crock pot with 1-2 cups of water to cook ; ***Frozen cook on low for 8 hours
***Thawed cook on low for 4 hours
3)Remove roast and set aside in bowl
4)Place vegetables and broth from roast in large pot on stove-top and boil for 8-10 minutes until veggies are soft
5) separate pork roast meat with fork and add to pot
6) season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serving Size: Makes approx 16 bowls with 3oz meat in each serving
