Introduction
I take this to work as lunch, it is glorious !I put the bellpepper, tomato, cucumber , and radish on the bottom.
On top of that I put the chopped spinach.
Chicken on top of that, and lastly sprouts.
This will keep the juices from the tomatoes, and cucumber dont wilt everything and everything still has its original texture at lunch time.
I package the feta and the oil in on container and the roasted almonds in one. I take this to work as lunch, it is glorious !
