Ingredients
-
1 c Fresh Strawberry halves
3 Angel Food Cups (80 cal each from the supermarket bakery)
6 tbsp Whipped Cream
1 tbsp Honey
3 tbsp Organic Strawberry Fruit Spread (30 cal per tbsp)
Directions
Clean and slice the strawberies in half for measurement. Once you have a cup, cut them into even smaller pieces. I like to dice mine. Place the damp pieces in a bowl and add 1 tbsp of honey and mix thoroughly. The honey will combine with the water to create a light syrup.
Place the angel food cups on the serving dishes and spoon 1 tbsp of the jam into each cup. Divide the strawberries into 3 equal portions and arrange them on top of the cups. The jam will help hold a lot of them in place but some spill over is fine.
Finally top with 2 tbsp of whipped cream on each cup.
