Ingredients

    *Gianelli Hot Italian Sausage 2 lb
    *1 med yellow onion
    *Carrot - raw, chopped, 1.25 cup
    *(C) Garlic, minced, 4 tsp
    *Diced Tomatoes, Hunts 2 can 14.5 oz
    *Hunts (no salt added) tomato sauce 2 cans 14.5oz
    *Crushed Tomatoes "Great Value" entire 28 oz can
    *Beans-Great Value Great Northern Beans 3 C
    *"Great Value" Kidney Beans, Dark Red 3 cup
    *Barilla Ditalini Enriched Macaroni 2 boxes
    *dried oregano, 2 tsp
    *Dried Thyme, 1.5 tsp
    *basil, dried, 2 tsp
    *Broth, Chicken - Kitchen Basics Chicken Cooking Stock Unsalted 8 cup
    *Kosher Salt, 1 tsp
    *Black pepper (spice) 1 tsp

Directions

Saute sausage. In large stock pot combine sausage with all other ingredients except macaroni and beans. Cook on medium for 15 to 20 minutes until vegetables are tender. Prepare macaroni according to package instructions, drain and set aside. Rinse beans. Add macaroni and beans to pot and warm for about 2 mins.
